Instead of making a disk you can do this.
1.on startup click f8
2.click the first option
3.then click what u wanna do.. a checkup a restore or whatever
4.then do what u wanna do

nevermind got it working. was a matter of reformatting and retrying.

@kzone272 some computers dont have bootable usb ie older ones..

Do you have some dvd + r if you do you can use them

You should be able to create the disk and unlimited number of times…

It should be able to work on another computer. Yes, you can make this disc and use it later.

Startup Repair or System Restore should work…you could also use System Image Recovery if you have used the built-in backup feature in Windows 7.
