when i make my selection and start to colour in white, it doesn’t make it solid white like it does in this video anyone know why?

You buy it from the adobe website and maybe you could at a big computer store i’m not sure, sorry.
I think when i got cs3 extended version it was £300 but don’t quote me on it lol
Theres a few websites you can download it from but its hard to find one where they are actually free and you don’t get viruses :/ i hoped this helped.
