If you have the 2.0 or higher firmwares, you don’t need to hack the iVoice to makes calls from 1st gen iPod touch. It works right out of the box.

I got one of these for my touch, and if you have firmware 2.2 you dont need to mod it!

But now it is OK to use after you upgrade the firmware of ipod touch,I have just tried iVoice iii.

i modded it and it doesn’t work.. i checked the connections to see if i was getting power and i was… then i read somewhere hat i needed to downgrade to 1.1.5 because it doesn’t work with the 2.0 version.. can someone help…
