Need to call Guatemala with cheap VOIP service?

I need a good voip provider to call my country. Everytime i call with other providers, like Localphone. The line cuts out and i cant hear. Please tell me a perfect VOIP service.

    Hey, I have been in the VOIP business for a long time now and ive learned that call quality is the most important aspect. Just think, even if you pay 0.5 cents higher to make a better quality call with a better VOIP service then in my casse, thats the cheap VOIP service.

    So i can only recommend that you look at quality and not pricing. In the source, is a provider that is really hitting the market hard. I would recommend them.
