I think when I did this one I thought “LifeSaver” was the name of the company, and that “免許/menkyou” indicated something like “a certified official/representative” instead of the certification itself. Or something equally negligent. XD

Where he is called up about the drowning, he answers something like
“Hello? What’s up? Me? Lifesaver certificate. Yeah, I have it/one. What’s happened?”

I don’t know where you got Enterprises from, but he’s referring to his certificate/license.
