you could create a new layer set it to “color” select paintbrush tool and go green over it, it wont make the tones look as nice as how his done it but its a way i use =]

I get no eplae Color Dialog box…just the eyedropper tool…and everything else in inactive…
I have to force-close Photoshop to get anything done after this.
    Anyone got any ideas?

Sounds like you have Photoshop ELMENTS. This is the small brother of Photoshop. Not as many options as Photoshop CS, CS2, or the current version CS3.

    Hope this helps.
