How can I eliminate choppy voice from voip phone while I am online?

When I am on my voip phone and surfing the web at the same time, the other person’s voice sounds choppy. How can I fix the problem so that I can talk and surf without their voice sounding choppy?

    is this a wireless phone ?? if so u need a filter because the viop cordless is transmitting near the frequency as your router radio shack sells them cheap
