Can I use a Linksys SIP PBX with a Cisco VoIP phone, and what service provider?

Can I use a Linksys SIP PBX with a Cisco VoIP phone? Also, what service provider would support this? I live in Honolulu, Hawaii, if that makes a difference.

    Your PBX shouldn’t have anything to do with your internet service. You can connect the PBX to your computers, but the phone and internet wiring are seperate.
