idk bout urs but my keyboard cover thing affects the sound. it must cover the speakers or somethin cuz the sound gets slightly muffled when i put it on

@EricSk8z if you parents are like my parents i have to wit till the end of my senior year (which is this year) and i’ll get one…if i got it before my senior year it would have to be the one i keep through college. but if you dont have to keep your through college then sure get one but if you have to keep it then wait…assuming you are a junior.

Not it doesn’t. It vents through the keyboard and behind the hinge of the screen. It does get warm under heavier useage but its far from uncomfortable on your lap. I’ve had this for a week and the fan has barely ever gone over 2000rpm.
