The Legal statement go for America Only. In sweden it is legal to record a call without notifying the other participants as long as you are talking part in the conversation.

  • egail1983

Just so you know that in Arizonia you don’t have to ask before you record the call that is why their is so many call centers in AZ I know because I own one but I call only people that requested info. Thanks for the info

Unless the call is across state lines in which federal statutes are the standard, and the federal statutes are one party.

In other words, you can call a 2 party state from a 1 party state and still record the call.

  • Valegod

what happends if you have a razor 2 phone

  • 3Fez4

If any party is in the two party state both people must realize they are being recorded.

  • ltsAboutJesus

Actually some states are a one party consent stated while many others in the US are two party consent states. One party consent states, means the recorder who is in the two way conversation has the authorization of consent and doesnt have to tell the other.

Hey chris i just noticed that your blog on your mic about the way it was facing is true. It acutally does sound much better side ways which makes sense since its a condensor mic.

  • Kleavers

OR just plug your microphone in and hold the phone over it…

  • llod206

    ? Strange.

  • GatorFan2819

Why not use the free teleconferencing thing you showed off before?

    It had a record feature.

  • shanedk

Acually, it depends on the state. NC (my home state) only requires one party to be aware of and agree to the recording, not both.

  • ScotsmanInTX

If you have a voice modem (56k) in your PC, plug your phone line in it, and your telephone. go on google or download . com (CNet) just do a search for phone call recorder.

This one is ment to be really good Phone Call Recorder 3.4 You can try it for free. If you don’t buy it, recording is limited to 2 minutes.

    Hope that helps
