what action movie where in trailer guys chasing say shoot him and the other one says i’m trying?

I think it was a 2008 movie, action, and the guy is trying to save his wife/girlfriend. I only saw the trailer and want to see the movie but can’t remember the title. It’s not 12 rounds. In the trailer the bad guys are following in a car and they are trying to kill the main guy and one says shoot him/kill him and the other one looks at him and says I’m trying.

    Ohh, now you got me curious too. I can’t remember what movie :(
    Get Smart maybe?
    To be honest, I think that quote “shoot him, I’m trying” has been said in more than one movie
    I think that quote was also said in Austin Powers.
