Pittsburgh Corning is once again trying to avoid liability for their complacency in the infection of thousands of workers by filing for bankruptcy protection. Not only would this plan allow the company to literally get away with murder, but it would also mean that all of the workers who developed mesothelioma as a result of the company’s practices would never be able to get justice in their long battle.
