@Mikeill408 How about if you want to run Windows, and linux program at the same time?

  • Mikeill408

Useful video to do something useless!
    Simpler way:
Reach over and grab a Blank CDROM
Burn the ISO to the CDROM
    Restart your computer.

  • gunteen8

I can run windows inside linux.

  • pmgodfrey

    - @aliendude5300 -

Works about the same as VMware – but you don’t have to recompile everything every time updates come out…which is why I switched to it.

  • Dyygn

Wubi is an Ubuntu installer for windows.

  • JordanMaster22

    its pronounced “oo-BOON-too”

  • venomsss001

    windows is better

  • KRAFTWERK2K6

you don’t even need to install VMware or Virtualbox. There is an aplication called “moba Live CD” that runs without instalation as a standallone aplication (even from a USB stick) and you can open any ISOs of Linux destributions that you’re interested of and try them out while you’re under windows. Saves time and nerves. ;)

  • thebuilderddd

There is more than player. I like to use the newest server. It has the web on it.

  • ncbookz

wubi rocks! auto install and reboot easy

  • maw88ify

    @aliendude5300
    Yep VirtualBox is great…
or You can also use WUBI to in install Linux then run Windows 7 inside of Linux on VirtualBox .

  • dmidc

Thanks for the tip! Although I do prefer wubi, I guess this is good for ppl who just want to try linux or some other OS.

  • neogaiden

don’t listen to this guy. vbox pros have good access-file speed but vmware owns it in every way for reading, writing files.

  • TheMriphoneguy

  • HybridPineapple

It’s not a version, just a different Linux based OS

  • aliendude5300

Use Virtualbox. It’s free, and much better than VMWare player.
