I am having problems with an iMac that I bought from a co worker for cheap. I want to restore It to it’s original factory settngs however there are no original discs to use. Help please! Thank you!

I have an iMac G4, and would like to restore it to its original settings like when you first got it.
Does any know how to do this?
F.Y.I. – I don’t have the OSX discs so is there a way to do this without the discs?

I just bought an imac yesterday and i have seen that in many videos, that apps like imovie, safari are a very small size and when you move your mouse over them they get bigger. How do i do that?
